SM was lack of money because of his money maker was gone for a while (in this case is TVXQ/Tohoshinki) because they acvite in Japan
so SM creates some money from Super Junior by held them a concert
but...
because of it too sudden to held Asia concert so SM can't get some place for concert and the date...
